Thank you for posting here in the Community. Allow me to chime in and provide additional information about the new QuickBooks Online Advanced.

 

Right now, the new QuickBooks Online Advanced subscription is only available in the US regions. For now, the subscriptions available for Europe is Simple Start, Essentials, and Plus only. 
 

For additional insight into this subscription, such as the features, I'm adding the article that I recommend:
 

QuickBooks Online Advanced Overview.

 

Please also know that the ability to import invoices is available to selected countries only. You may need to use a third-party program that's integrated into our QuickBooks system to import this type of data.

Why can't we import invoices in bulk? We have Plus Plan (trial).

They do have excel CSV file import (invoices and bills) in some international versions but not available in the US version plus plan. And they pay much less than the US.


In the US, they added import invoices feature only in Advanced plan so they can charge $150 p/month. In other words, they increased the price on Plus plan and then downgraded with newly available features.

You have two ways to import your invoices in bulk, Anna_Reznik.

 

The option to do this is only available in QuickBooks Online Advanced version. You can upgrade your version or try out the 30 days trial to do this task.

 

Another way is to visit our App Center and look for a third-party app that lets you import the invoices in bulk. QuickBooks Online connects to hundreds of different apps and I'm sure you'll find one there.

 

To access this within QBO:

  1. Click Apps on the left panel.
  2. Select Find Apps.
  3. Click the Browse category drop-down and choose an option based on the task you need.

I can see only "Simple Start", "Essentials" and "Plus" plans for EU legal entity. How to find So is it possible to  import invoices in bulk without third-party app?

Hello Anna_Reznik ! As a workaround you can use Business Importer tool. It allows to import as many invoices as you need at once from Excel into QBO. Hope, it will help you save tons of your time.
