Our nonprofit makes loans which we track on QBO. Because we are a nonprofit, QBO uses the term "pledge" to refer to loans, of which we have several loans.
The Sales / Pledges report lists only 4 of those loans.
I would expect this report to list either all or none of our loans, not only 4.
From what I can tell, these loans are coded the same as the others, so I'm not sure why QBO treats them differently on this report.
Thanks in advance for any insights.
Hello there, DBJ-CA.
I appreciate your posting in the community with your Sales/Pledges that didn't show on your report list in your QuickBooks Online (QBO). Let me share details regarding this matter.
When generating reports in your QBO, there are factors that you should consider to be able to see the data that you need. Here are some that you could consider:

Thank you for your reply.
The possible solutions you’ve provided don’t apply to my issue. There are many other loans that meet the specified reporting criteria (status = all, date = last 12 months), but for some reason only four loans are listed.
Another weirdness:
One of the 4 pledges / loans listed is for Cruz, with a balance of $3,000, which is correct.
When I run the Pledges and Received Payments report for all dates, Cruz's pledge / loan does NOT appear on that report (even though it does appear on the Sales / Pledges report).
When I run statement of financial activity, Cruz’s pledge / loan IS included in the AR (i.e. when I drill down into the detail, Cruz’s pledge / loan displays).
This might be a reporting bug? Any ideas?
Thank you, David
