There's no stand-alone mobile app for iOS and Android. You can access your account through the mobile browser instead. If you're still unable to see the Melio bill pay option, I recommend clearing your app's cache. There are times when your app has a lot of data which may cause random errors. You can reset your app to resolve this.
If the issue persists, it would be best to contact Melio Customer Care Support to further investigate this. You can go to this link and go to the Contact page below App information to get their phone number.

I have some information about the Reset App Data option. The QuickBooks Online Windows and Mac desktop apps are no longer supported as of April 20, 2021. That said, some of the features and functionality may not be visible on the app.
To get this sorted out, I recommend accessing your account through the preferred browser and sign-in into qbo.intuit.com.
After that, check if you're now able to see the Melio bill pay.

Intuit stopped supporting these apps because of limited use, and we invest in other functionality that matters to our users.
