Why is it we still don’t have the option to send an invoice link via the mobile app. Seems like a pretty common sense integration to make for a mobile application.

I can log into the application via my browser and get a link that I can text, yet when I try to find that same link on the application designed for mobile use there is no way to do so. What’s the deal? Who’s asleep at the wheel here? This should be a standard option yet it’s been unavailable for years.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) allows customers to send invoice links to give them more options for business communication. However, the feature is still unavailable on the application. Users will have to utilize the web browser to achieve the task.

If you're using an Android, here's how you can do it from the invoice page:

 

  1. In the QBO mobile app, click on Menu.
  2. Choose and open an invoice, then tap the three-dot icon.    
  3. Select Feedback, then enter your product improvement ideas or concerns.
  4. Tap Send feedback to submit.

 

If you're using an iOS device, please proceed to these steps:

 

  1. Head to the Menu icon.
  2. Choose the All tab.
  3. Select the Request a feature option.
  4. Enter your product improvement ideas or concerns.

I attempted to follow your steps to submit feedback. When I load an invoice in the mobile app and click the three dots in the upper right corner these are the options presented. Preview, email, copy, export, print and delete. There is no option to provide feedback, if there was such a simple easy way to give feedback I would have done so long ago. 
so I would also suggest adding the option to provide feedback to the developers as you described. I think this would also be a good feature to add to the mobile application. The ability to acquire and send voice links on the mobile application. And the ability to provide feedback to the developers so we can suggest features and improvements.

While there's no option to submit feedback from the invoice page, we can go to the Menu button and send it to our product developers instead. Here's how you can submit feature requests using your QBO mobile app:

 

For Android devices:

 

  1. Click the Menu button.
  2. Select the Gear icon.
  3. Scroll down, and then choose Feedback under the Help section.
  4. Enter your feedback and product suggestions.

 

For iOS devices:

 

  1. Go to the Menu ☰ icon, then select the All tab.
  2. Click Request a feature.
  3. Type in your feedback and product suggestions.
