You will receive this notification when a payroll item is assigned to an incorrect account. You need to edit it and replace it with an active account. I'll guide you through the steps.
- Go to Settings and select Payroll settings.
- Scroll down to the Accounting section.
- From the Wage expenses section, click the pencil icon.
- Choose the correct account.
- Hit Done.
In addition, you can generate payroll reports to view useful information about your business and employees.
