If you have a customized invoice template and it's your default template for your invoices, you'll want to edit it and uncheck and then check the QTY field in the Content section to refresh the option. We'll write down the steps to get you going:
Once done, you can try to delete the invoice and then recreate it. Double check if a number shows up below your QTY section when printing the invoice.
If the issue persists, it may have something to do with your browser. Please be aware that browsers can accumulate temporary internet files that can sometimes affect your browsing experience.
