You can perform browser troubleshooting to resolve the issue when creating a Journal Entry (JE), @Angie56.

 

To address the unexpected behavior when creating a JE, I recommend clearing your cache and Intuit-specific cookies. This action can help remove any outdated or corrupted data that may be causing the issue. Alternatively, you can use another supported browser to access your QuickBooks Online account.
