Greetings, @gmcherayil. I appreciate you talking about the encrypted information you get from bank transactions. Allow me to share the latest information on Chase Bank: Bank details displayed in For Review, are encrypted, and I encourage you to provide feedback on the new improvement.

The investigation of Chase Bank's encrypted bank details that are posted in the "For Review" section is now closed. The issue is not an Intuit or Chase bug as this is how Chase bank is sending us the information for transaction details, and we have no control over these changes or the data because it's a part of their new improved security procedures.

We appreciate your understanding, and I know the impact of these changes especially when categorizing transactions in QuickBooks. I'd suggest sending feedback so they can hear your thoughts about this matter. To access the Feedback tool, click on the Gear Icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard screen and click on Feedback.

Once everything is settled, I have some articles here for your reference about banking that help you match your bank transactions and fix banking errors in QuickBooks:

Please know that our doors are open 24/7 to help. If you have any other banking questions, notify me in the comment section below. I'm always willing to assist you again. Have a wonderful day!

You should ask Chase what file format they can provide to download manually. You can test with a converter tool to isolate the issue.
