You asked When I try to email a paid invoice I keep getting a new info exists popup message and the invoice refreshes but doesn’t fix the problem and it keeps popping up.

I'm here to help you get rid of the error message when emailing a paid invoice to your customer, @chris179

There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed web pages. It may cause unusual behavior in QuickBooks Online (QBO). That's why the system keeps popping up a message about the new info when you email an invoice.

To help fix this, I'd first suggest signing in to your QBO account via an incognito mode. It stops the cache from saving new data. Thus, it's a great way to isolate browser-related issues. Here are the keyboard shortcuts depending on the browser you're using:

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P

Once logged in, email the paid invoice again. If it works, let's go back to your main browser. Then, clear its cache to remove the stored cache on the browser. That way, it will boost its performance. Otherwise, you can use a different browser.

As always, you can customize your sales forms to personalize your brand. Also, you can email multiple invoices by batch to help you save time. Just go to the All Sales tab and check the boxes next to them. Then, click Send transactions in the Batch actions drop-down (see the screenshot below). I'll be right here to help if you have other concerns. Enjoy the rest of your day, @chris179
