Recall Report

We use Lot numbers and the QB help says it's good for the below.  Where do I find the recall report?

  • Need a recall report in case you have to track all the items from a specific lot (such as which items are in inventory and which customers purchased them)

Recall Report

Hello there, whs37,

I'm here to share some information about the Recall report.

As of now, the Recall report and the option to filter it to show the lot numbers and who purchased certain items are still unavailable in QuickBooks.

I have a workaround, though. You can run the Inventory Stock Status by Item report to check and see the quantity on hand of the remaining items. Let me guide you with these steps:

  1. Click the Reports tab.
  2. Select Inventory and click Inventory Stock Status by Item.
  3. Click the Customize button to add or remove some data.
  4. Select OK.

I've also added this reference as your guide in managing weekly inventories: Balance Sheet and Inventory/Stock Valuation reports.
