Reconciliation Error

HELP!!! I have a reconcilition error that does not exist. I reconciled our operations account 10/31/22. When I went to reconcile November, I was unable to because the starting balance was off by 70.35. When I investigated the error, there was no transaction to match the amount. I have 67 entries in Quickbooks and 67 transactions in the bank for October. When I called customer service the 1st time on 12/2/2022, the representitive did a screen share and agreed that it was nothing on our end. The issue was a glitch in the system. I have called 8 times now, had 5 screen shares and the issue has been assigned an investigation number. I need this fixed ASAP. I havent been able to reconcile for November or December. I need to close the books for 2022!

I wish you didn't have to go through all these hurdles when working with QuickBooks.

 

Upon checking our database, the investigation process is still ongoing. Rest assured that our Engineering Team is aware of this issue and is investigating the reconciliation issues you are experiencing in QuickBooks Online.

Reconciliation Error

This issue has not benn resolved!! We are now up to 5 months!! I have made 12 calls (approx 1 hour each call = 12 hours), 9 screen shares, talked to 3 managers, issued 3 Case#'s and an invistigation #. Taxes are due April 15th. I haven't been able to reconcile in 5 Months!
