Hi there, Kate. I can show you the steps for recording a bank deposit in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
In QBO, you can also record a bank deposit without making an invoice. Follow these steps on how to record it.
Here's how:
- Go to the +New icon. Then, select Bank deposit.
- Choose a preferred income account on which you want to deposit the funds.
- Locate Add funds to this deposit.
- Enter all the necessary information.
- Click Save and close.

Also, if you don't have a preferred income account, consider creating a new one. This way, you can track the dues and CE courses there.
