Allow me to chime in and provide more information to achieve the report you need, Bryan.

The reports given by my colleague are correct. However, we can generate another kind of report, such as Sales by Customer Detail, which offers a broader scope. This report can be tailored to meet your needs and provides detailed information on active customers, including their sales representative, email, and phone contact details.

Here's how:

1. Open your QBDT software, then go to Reports.
2. Select Sales, then choose Sales by Customer Detail.
3. Click on the Customize Report.
4. In the Display section, go to Columns.
5. Type in, and ensure to marked check the following:

  • A rep for your Sales Rep.
  • Name E-mail for your customer's email.
  • Name Phone # for your customer's phone number.

6. Go to the Filter tab, then on the Choose Filter enter Name.
7. Under the Name dropdown, there's an Active status. Make sure to select Active to show only your active customers.
8. Once done, click the OK tab.

Moreover, you have to run the Customer List to access company names. You can then export this data to an Excel file and seamlessly merge it with the Sales by Customer Detail report. You can follow the guidelines provided by my colleague above.

Report for Active customers who have not purchased since may-present

Customizing your financial information allows you to tailor your documents to serve your business operations and customer relationships, Bryan. I’m here to assist you in accessing and generating the reports that best suit your needs. Having the right reports at your fingertips is crucial for effective decision-making and strategic planning within your business. I’m committed to ensuring you can easily pull up your preferred report.

You'll need to generate the Sales by Customer Detail report, which will provide you with a list of customers who have made no purchases, as well as sales reps, phone numbers, and email addresses. Regarding the company names, you'll have to pull up the Customer Contact List. After gathering this information, export both reports into an Excel file and merge them into a single document.

Here's how:

  1. On the Report Center, choose Sales
  2. From the Sales by Customer Detail hit the Run icon.
  3. Change the dates to the period desired.
  4. Choose Customize Report.
  5. Tap the Display tab, under Columns box, tick Name Phone #, Name Email, and other necessary info.
  6. Hit OK.

  2. Click the Excel dropdown menu, then select Export Customer List.
  3. Click Create new worksheet, select in new workbook, then click Export
