Report of Reconciled Accounts

Hi,

My company upgraded from QuickBooks Accountant Desktop to QuickBooks Enterprise, and we no longer have the accountant center screen. I'm looking for a way to keep track of which accounts have been reconciled. How do I run a report showing each bank account and last reconciled date?

Thanks!

Report of Reconciled Accounts

Hey there, @JMW3877.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community. I'm happy to help you build a report that contains the bank account and the last reconcile date.

You can run a previous reconciliation report, then edit the Date, Account, Etc. I've included the steps below to do this. The ability to run a report to show all accounts that have been reconciled at once, is currently not available in QuickBooks Desktop. However, I can see how having the ability to do this would be beneficial for you and your business. If you'd like, I can submit a feedback request to our product development team, so this can be considered in a future update.

To create the previous reconciliation report:

  1. Go to the Reports menu and select Reports Center.
  2. Search for and open a Previous Reconciliation report.
  3. Choose the account you reconciled and then either DetailSummary, or Both.

That's all there is to it. You can see more details about reconciliation reports in Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Desktop.

I'm also including an article about tracking cash flow in QuickBooks Desktop that you can use for future references.

Please let me know if you have additional questions or concerns. You can reach out to the Community at any time. Enjoy the rest of your day!

Report of Reconciled Accounts

Thanks Tori,

I'm surprised that's not available in Enterprise, given the advanced reporting it contains, and that the Accountant Center in Premier Accountant Edition contains that functionality.
