Buy now & saveEver since the latest production update - Reports is not including "amounts" when print to PDF. Its fine in Display and export to Excel, but not PDF. I ran the HUB and that did not fix the problem. I keep checking for critical updates, but so far nothing that has come over has fixed the problem. I'm wasting a lot of time making Excels and then printing them to PDF. I'm guessing a lot of people have encountered this problem. Any fix out there?
I attached a screen shot example. Not sure if you can view it.
Hi there, @Emmamom. I understand how challenging this is for you. Also, I appreciate you for performing some troubleshooting steps to fix this issue. This time, allow me to add other ways how to resolve this.
Since the same issue occurred though your account is updated and already performed the QuickBooks Tool Hub steps, let's restart your computer.
After restarting your computer, try to print the report. If this doesn't fix the issue, reset your temp folder permissions to trigger the system to print reports correctly. Here's how:
If this doesn't work, you can perform the other troubleshooting steps in this article: Fix PDF and Print problems with QuickBooks Desktop.
If the issue persists after the troubleshooting steps, I recommend contacting QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) Live Support to further help you locate the root cause of your printing reports to PDF issue and provide you with the steps to fix it.
You might want to keep a copy of your original company file. You can back them up to easily recover them by visiting this article: Back up your QuickBooks Desktop company file.

The suggestions in the reply did not work. I guess I have to reach out to Quickbooks, which is never an expedient experience. Was hoping the community could help me so I could avoid dealing with QBooks. Thank you for your suggestions.
