There's an Excel report that will provide the information that you need. Here's how:
- Go to the Reports menu, scroll-down to Employees and Payroll, and then click Summarize Payroll Data in Excel.
- Select the report period in the Dates section, then click Get QuickBooks Data. You may also need to click Enable Macros if prompted.
- Proceed to the Rates and Hours by Jobs tab.
- Click the drop-down list for Customer:Job, then select the job that you want.
- Select OK.
