To start with, we can generate the Sales by Product/Service Detail report that displays your sales, grouped by product or service. This report includes the date, transaction type, quantity, rate, amount, and total.
Alternatively, we can use the Sales by Product/Service Summary report, which provides your sales data for each product or service. This report includes the quantity, amount, percentage of sales, and average price.
Here's how:
- Go to the Reports menu on the left panel.
- This will open a page that lists all reports available in QBO.
- Choose the Standard tab and scroll to the Sales and customers section
- From there, double-click on Sales by Product/Service Detail or Product/Service Summary report to view the complete details.
