Running a report with employee ID

You can use the Employee Details report, @kw2121.

As long as the employee ID is added to your employee's profile, the details will eventually show up on this report. I'll guide you on how you can pull up the report in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

1. Click on Reports at the left pane.
2. Look for Employee Details under Payroll.
3. Open the report.

If you want to print or export the report, select your option from the Share drop-down.

I ran the "Employee Details" report.  I could not find the Employee ID any where on the report.  It would be very helpful to have a way to include Employee ID on reports, especially since we can print the social security number.  If I could export a report with the Employee ID, I could more easily join data from QBO with data from other system.

Since there are feature limits within the report section, I encourage you to send our developer feedback since this option isn't available in Quickbooks Online. This way, our system developer can consider adding it with a logo in QuickBooks Online.

Follow the steps below:

1. You can go to the Gear icon.
2. Under the Profile column, press the Feedback button.
3. Write your product suggestion, then click Next.
