Let me assist you with the report you need.
What I can suggest is to pull up two different reports. One for the sales and another one for the shipping details.
You can continue with the Sales by Product/Service Detail report. Just make sure to add the Customer column by clicking the Customize button and select it from the Rows/Columns section.
Once done, search and pull up the Customer Contact List report from the Reports menu. This will show you the shipping address of your customers.
Then, you can export them to an Excel file to create a single report. Simply click the Export button and select Export to Excel.
