What kind of business do you run? A field service company, a construction company, or else?
Sell hardware, services, recurring - but that wouldn't impact the system. We could move to a D-tools or something but it's a huge undertaking getting everything set up. Might be easier just to get a 2nd QBO account and copy data and let him work from there. Haven't researched that effort yet but must be easier than moving to a whole different application. Use Freshsales for CRM.
So you should open QBO Essentials. QBO Simple Start only provide 1 user as Master Admin.
