Let's get your receipts saved permanently in QuickBooks Self-Employed, homemechllc-gmai.

 

When a browser stored a lot of caches, it could cause problems like saving up the data to your account or latency issues. As an initial step, you can press the F5 key on your keyboard to refresh the page.

 

If you're still getting the same result, we can do some of the basic troubleshooting steps by logging in to your account using the private window. Here's how to open a private window in different browsers:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N  
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

 

Once signed in, upload your receipts from there and save them. If it works from there, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache or you can press CTRL+Shift and Delete key on your keyboard altogether.

This didn't help unfortunately. They will load and I click save. I leave, log back in, and the same three are gone again.

I appreciate you for doing the primary troubleshooting steps provided by my colleague above. I'll point you in the right direction to taken care of this. 

 

I've checked our reports about receipts, and it seems there isn't an open investigation. Since the issue persists, I'd recommend communicating with our technical support. They can do remote control on your account and investigate the origin cause of the problem.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Select Assistant on the top right. 
  2. Type talk to a human two times. 
  3. Click Still need a human
  4. Choose either Message an agent or Get a callback
  5. Complete the required data, then submit the request. 

 

Ensure to call them within business hours to cater to your concern immediately.
