hello, I have been calling customer service every week, but so far no solution to the problem. When I go to approve and categorized transactions, the project/customer tab does not show up at all. It seems to be in all income transactions, and a random number of purchases.
Cant show profit in any of my project reports because I'm not able to add them in!

I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Online support again. There will be notes from the previous call you had and they can continue to troubleshoot your account. They will be able to check further on what's causing the Projects reports error.
