Hi,
I've integrated my shopify store with Quickbooks. I can see all the sales in my sales section, but when i click on the reports for ex. Sales by Store summary it says 0 for Shopify. Do I need to enter the sales transactions manually, if yes, how?
Integrating data between QuickBooks Online and Shopify is essential for maintaining precise financial records, @NatiB. I will provide some information below to help you access your report.
To start, could you clarify whether the sales section you mention is in QuickBooks or Shopify account? One possible reason for not being able to access the report is a syncing error between Shopify and QuickBooks.
If the data is confirmed to be in QuickBooks but you are still unable to view the Sales by Store Summary report, you need to modify the filter such as the report date and account to ensure you're looking at the correct transactions.
Furthermore, too much stored cache can cause unusual behavior in QuickBooks which affects the performance. We can perform some basic troubleshooting steps to fix the issue. This way, we'll know if you're experiencing a browser-related concern. Clean your browser's cache to remove the historical data and access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also switch to a different supported browser.
If the issue persists, I recommend reaching out to the Shopify Support Team for further assistance and to clarify how they transmit data to QuickBooks.

Hi,
My reports on Quickbooks don't reflect the sales i made on Shopify even though it's integrated. I've tried with cache but it still doesen't make any changes on my reports. Here is the Sales QB section where everything is synced and on the sales by store summary report.
