Should I use our LLC name or our business name. Should I add our mailing address or actual business location address?

Hi @michelle-twisted , i think LLC name. For mailing address or actual address, i prefer to actual address except you've mailing need . Comment back, cheers.

I can walk you through in entering your business information, michelle-twisted.

When you first set up your company file, you can enter the business name and either the business location or mailing address. We'll just have to ensure that after you have created and set it up, the legal information is correct. It should be based on the documents you submitted to the tax agencies since it'll appear and be used on your tax forms. 

I'll show you how to verify and update our company information:

1. Go to the Company menu and select My Company. 
2. Click the pencil icon at the upper-right of the Company Information section.
3. Select Legal information from the left menu.
4. Enter the registered Legal Name and Legal Address.
5. Click OK to save.

The name you entered on the Company Name is the one that will show in your sales and expense forms.
