I only have one template in my Spreadsheet Sync library which is the "Management Report". I am missing the "Smart Profit and Loss Report". Has anyone else had this issue and/or knows how to resolve it?

Thanks for the response, but this did not resolve my issue. I have attached a screenshot. To be clear, I only have ONE preloaded template in my template library in EXCEL. I have tried the private window, as suggested, but I still am still missing the Smart Profit and Loss report template (the Management Report template still shows up).
I have tried your recommended approach (incognito window) on three different machines, using Safari and Chrome, and I keep getting the same result. Management Report template is there, but the Smart Profit Loss Report template is missing.

Hi. I have not had any luck resolving this issue. Someone on our accounting team just informed me that QB technical support just informed them that the Smart P&L template does not exist. Can you confirm:
1) the SMART P&L TEMPLATE does indeed exist
2) QBO Advanced customers with access to spreadsheet sync should be able to use this template (reminder - I currently have access to the Simple Management Report in Spreadsheet Sync, but its the only available template).
