Snap a receipt tile missing

When I go to my QB menu my “snap a receipt” tile is missing. I have never had this issue.    I attempted to refresh the page and update the app.  Any suggestions ?

You might have gotten this issue due to some app-specific hiccups. Rest assured that I'm here to help you fix it so you can snap receipts again.

 

Note that the steps that we're going to perform require you to uninstall and reinstall your QuickBooks Online mobile app.

 

For Android

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Click the menu and select My Apps & games.
  3. Next, tap on the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app.
  4. Then, select Uninstall. 

 

For iOS

  1. Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Next, click General.
  3. Then, tap [Device] Storage.
  4. Select the QBO mobile app.
  5. Click Delete app.
  6. Select Delete to confirm.
