Snap Receipt disappeared from Quick Actions in the Mobile App. I tried many things but can’t get it back. Please, help me to return it back!

I need to use Snap Receipt in my mobile app but it’s gone one day and I can’t get it back. There’s nothing in the settings. How do I return it back?

To isolate this issue, we can uninstall and then reinstall the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app to make sure that all features and updates sync properly to your device.

 

To uninstall the mobile app: 

 

  1. Press and hold the QBO app on your phone.
  2. Drag the app to the Uninstall section.
  3. Select Yes to confirm.
