Buy nowI need to create a single statement for a client. That client has several divisions. With QBO, I cannot find a way to create a statement for all of them. I can only choose one at a time. I do not want to email from QBO but to download so I can email from Outlook. This was easy in desktop but seems to be impossible in QBO.
Is there anyway to do this? Help!
Also, if they are not on the same viewing screen, I cannot select them all.
Hi there, @suzannek1.
Let me address your concern about creating statements for customers and sub-customers in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
QBO generates separate statements for customers and sub-customers, so combining them into a single document is not possible. Additionally, the application requires you to reselect the other divisions to create a statement.
In the meantime, I recommend utilizing a third-party application that allows customers to merge their statements and view them at a glance. Alternatively, you can download each statement and consolidate them outside of QuickBooks using a PDF editor.
I understand how convenient it would be for every online user to have the option to collate the statements into one and avoid reselecting the customers when creating statements. With this in mind, I encourage you to send your suggestion to our product development team. Your feedback is vital for shaping features that truly meet user needs:
Furthermore, you can create a recurring transaction to reduce the amount of time spent on the business process.
