I was so terribly shaken by a staff member attitude toward my problem that I thought I have to do something about it...
I had a problem, I was frustrated and this person (by the way they don't give you their customer service ID number of full name) instead of working with me to solve my problem said:
"it's your fault, you dont understand the process"
"Customer is not always right"
"I am being helpful, you are not understanding the process".
I asked her for her customer ID number she said she won't provide that (naturally) there was no feedback button on the chat window. If Intuit wants business they should try and follow up on this and have a word or two with this person!
