The Sales by Customer report never shows any data. I have this problem across multiple companies, and I've tried using different browsers. Extremely frustrating.

I've also tried using an incognito browser and, on Quickbooks's suggestion, cleared my cache. All this did was ***** up autofill in my browser.

Before we can accomplish your goal for today, may I ask for more info about your report? Can you tell me the name of the sales by customer report and how you customize it? Or did you perhaps receive an error while generating the report data?

The name is "Sales by Customer Summary." It's just a default Quickbooks Online report. I customized nothing. 

 

No matter the date range, all it says is "This report does not contain any data." It's extraordinarily frustrating, and customer service did nothing to help me.
