Once sign in to QuickBooks, the system asks to enter a confirmation code. This helps you keep your account secured and protect you from fraudulent activity. The Multi-Factor Authentication is needed to help you protect your password and account.

 

We can manage your Intuit Account by changing the phone number or email address where you're comfortable to get the confirmation. Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QBO account.
  2. Click the Gear icon.
  3. Select Intuit account
  4. Within the Sign in & security tab, change the phone number or email address.
