Thank you for reaching out to the Community, @usermacalgrove2019.

I appreciate you taking the time to express your concerns about your W-2 that doesn't equal your W-2 in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

To begin with, you can run a Payroll Tax and Wage Summary report for last year, to check the totals of the report if it matches.

Here's how:

- Go to the left navigation panel, and select Reports.
- Type Payroll Tax and Wage Summary in the search field for report.
- Filter the Date to Last year.

However, if the totals are not matched or equal. I suggest contacting the payroll support team to further check what's causing this by accessing your account in a secure environment and determining possible solutions to your concerns.

Here's how:

- Go to Help.
- Select the Search tab, then choose Contact Us.
- Type in your issue or concern in the field.
- Hit Continue.
- Click the Chat or Callback option.

You can contact us from Mondays to Fridays, 6 AM to 6 PM PT, and Saturdays, 6 AM to 3 PM PT.

I'll also add this article to help you print your W-2 to your employees or a W-3 to send to your accountant: Print your W-2 and W-3 forms.

Please leave a comment below, if you have any other concerns about W-2 and W-3. I'll be here to assist you.
