There are two available views in QuickBooks Online (QBO), calsmr. I'd be delighted to show you how you can switch between them to see the bookkeeping menu.
Your default view is based on what you told us when you first set up QuickBooks. Rest assured, your accounts or data won't be affected when switching between them at any time.
Based on your scenario above, it seems that you're currently in the Accountant view of your QBO account. That said, you can follow these simple steps to switch between those two:
- Go to the Gear icon at the top.
- Select Switch to Business view in the lower-right corner.
