Let me give you a specific report that could run a transaction by the class that includes the check number and bill-payment check number.
The Columns must have the Type, Date, Num, Name, Account, Class, Split, Debit, and Credit.
Let me show you how:
- Go to Reports and then select Custom Reports.
- Choose Transaction Detail.

- Include the columns Type, Date, Num, Name, Account, Class, Split, Debit, and Credit to show the table structure.
- The Total by should be Payment Method and sort the report by Class.
- You can also select the Advanced Options to include All and Open Balance/Aging Report Date (if necessary).
- Click OK.

This is what it looks like when you've run this report. Specified or personalize reports should be run by using Custom Reports.
