How do i fix my trial balance, when i enter specific dates it shows an accumulated total starting from when we switched to enterprise in 2020? I need specific totals for the date range i put in?

When running the report, we'll need to select the Custom option in the Dates field. Then, enter the date period in the From and To fields. On the Report Basis, choose Accrual or Cash. I did everything you listed and it did not fix the issue. i am running version 1.5.0.0. Also running Windows 10 64 bit. I have been selecting Cash but the numbers are still an accumulation from previous years. It is doing it on multiple accounts now that I have looked into it. Do I need to unistall QB and Reinstall ?
