Trying to send invoices from phone not letting me send them

I'm here to help you with sending your invoices through mobile,  simspest.

 

Before we proceed, can you let me know if you encountered any error messages while sending them? If yes, please provide me with the exact error message so that I can suggest an accurate solution.  

 

In the meantime, it is possible that the app needs an update to be compatible with your device. 

 

  • In the QuickBooks Online app:
    • Android: From More Options ⋮ Settings Refresh Data > Yes.
    • iOS: From the Menu ☰: Help & Feedback Refresh Data > Refresh.

 

Additionally, the app may have stored cache files that can sometimes cause an unusual response from the system. To resolve this, you can clear the app's cache.

 

  • In your device Settings:
    • Android: From your device's Settings, select Apps (varies by device), choose QuickBooks app from the list, and then select Storage. Finally, select clear data.
    • iOS: From your device's Settings, select Setting General iPhone Storage and choose an app that's taking up a lot of space. To free up the storage without deleting the documents and data for the app, select Offload App.

 

If you encounter the same issue, you can uninstall it. Then, reinstall the app to refresh the system.
