If you have a QuickBooks Payments account and using Modern Template for your invoices, there's an ongoing investigation about not being able to turn off the QR Code using Modern Template. I suggest contacting our Technical Support Team to have your name added to the list of affected users.
Please follow the steps below to get in touch with our support specialists in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- Look for the Help icon.
- Click the Search.
- Select Contact Us.
- Choose Ask about something else, then type your concerns.
- You can select Call or Chat.
