unbilled expenses

Hello

Is there a report that lists the details of unbilled client expenses that were paid for by the company.  I want to see the details of the transactions.

unbilled expenses

Hello

I created that report but nothing happened.  Are unbilled expenses treated differently than unbilled job costs?  What do you think?

I understand the importance of running a report for unbilled client expenses that we're paid by the company, @126116

I'm here to ensure you'll be able to run the report you need in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) and share some information about unbilled expenses and unbilled job costs.

Before that, may I know what happened after following the steps provided by my colleague? This way, we could verify why it's not working. A screenshot would be a great help, too.

Also, in QBDT unbilled expenses are costs incurred on behalf of a customer that haven't been invoiced yet. Unbilled job costs are costs associated with a specific job that hasn't been invoiced. Unbilled expenses are tracked through bills or expense transactions assigned to a customer or job, while unbilled job costs are tracked using the job costing feature. They are reported separately and don't affect the customer's balance until invoiced.

I'm adding a couple of articles below that'll allow you to dive in deeply and understand your report:
