I suggest posting your concern to the Intuit Developer Support community. Our software engineers can help you access your data to fix your concern.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to the Developer Support page.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Online.
  3. Click Ask a Question.

Hi @Rubielyn_J  thanks for your reply. I am not a developer. I am a QBO customer and business owner. There is a bug in the application and Intuit "Help" directed me to post a question in the support forums. Alas, here we are. As such, I am unable to post/share this issue in the developer community you have linked. We need someone at Intuit Dev to look into this and create an incident.

I am not a Dev. Please escalate if you can to the Intuit team responsible for fixing production bugs in the QBO software. I am business owner trying to get support and the contact/help pages prompted me to post in the QB Community forums so here we are. Thank you for your reply @Rubielyn_J
