Let me share some insights on how classes work, TonyaRSB.
You can add them as classes and assign them to the transactions. This way, you'll have a clearer picture of the billable time when running reports. Here's how to turn on the class tracking feature:
- Click the Gear icon.
- Choose Account and Settings.
- Go to the Advanced tab, then select the Categories section to edit.
- Select Track classes, then turn on the Warn me when a transaction isn't assigned a class option.
- Under Assign classes, choose One to entire transaction or One to each row in transaction.
- Select Save, then Done.
Next, set up your class list. to represent the managers. Once done, you can start to organize your transactions and run your reports by class.
