We can export the Vendor Contact List and the Expense by Vendor Summary reports to Excel. Then, we can add the email addresses from the contact list to the exported expense report.

Thanks for the information. I was hoping that there was a way to customize a report so that I I wouldn't have to manually add the email addresses to the expense report. But it sounds like that's not possible. I appreciate the input.
