Want create spacing on proposals so info not so cramped up on page

I'm here to show you how to change the size/space of the width of the columns of the Invoice List. No worries, this will take no time with the adjustment.

For any report or list in QuickBooks Online, you can adjust the width of the columns to show more or less information. Here's how you can do this with the Invoice List:

1. Go to the + New on your left menu, and under Customer, select Estimate. 
2. Hover between the header of the columns until you see the scale width icon.
3. Click and drag to edit the width.

That's all there's to it! Now you'll be able to view all the information for your Estimate.

i would like to have a blank line saved on my proposals and invoices. The only way to create a blank line is to add a description or choose it as a taxable item to create a space line.. please help...

You got it right! In QuickBooks Online, the only way to create a blank line is by adding a description or choosing it as a taxable item.
