We are unable to make multiple Invoice upload under the sales Menu. How to resolve this

Welcome to the Community, usha-requistech-. The ability to import invoices into QuickBooks Online helps you streamline and speed up the data entry process.

 

Can you also provide more information about what happens when you try to import invoices? Is there an error message? This is for us to check if there's an existing alert that's related to your case. 

 

In the meantime, I'll share some details to make sure the import process is successful. 

 

To start, it's recommended to check the following details: 

 

  • You can import a maximum of 100 invoices at a time with a 1,000-row limit per spreadsheet.
  • The invoices can have single or multiple line items.
  • Remove any discounts, credit memos, or negative amounts in general.

 

You also need to check that the file is in a .csv format and has the following columns:

 

  • Invoice number
  • Customer
  • Invoice date
  • Due date
  • Item amount

 

Aside from that, you can upload your file using an incognito or private browsing session. Browser issues can sometimes cause unexpected results and errors when working in the program. Here's how:

 

  1. Open your browser and click on the three dots in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select "New Incognito Window" or "New Private Window" from the dropdown menu.
  3. Log in to your QBO account in the new window.

 

As an alternative solution, you can switch to a different web browser and log into your account. The program is compatible with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge.

 

Once done, log back in and import your invoices once again.

Hi Jenop2,

 

We upload invoices through Multiple invoices /Batch invoices option. Once we upload the csv, the page is stand still or comes back to sales Tab itself. Raised Complaint  #15114892957 with QB But still not resolved.
