Yes, you can run and customize the Pledges and Received Payments report to show the end of the year donation receipt. Let me walk you through the steps.

QuickBooks will not create a proper year end donation statement.
Instead, use the BRC Donor Statements - QB Online which will (or the BRC Donor Statements - Desktop for desktop QuickBooks.)
Is there a way to add the pledge's description to this report? There is a column for Memo/Description but it always comes up blank
