Were can i find past inventory adjustment entered

You could try these steps to see inventory adjustment :

1. 
2. Click the amount on the Inventory Asset section. 
3. Set the date range for January. 
4. On the Transactions by Account page, Manually open each transaction for verification purposes. 

You can also use the Balance Sheet Detail report since it displays the adjustments column which indicates if an account has had any manual adjustments made to it. For more details, here's a great article you can refer to: Customize Company and Financial Reports.

Let's use the Advanced Search feature to locate your previous inventory adjustment entries in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'll guide you how. 

1. Go to the Search icon on the toolbar.
2. Select Advanced search.
3. Choose Inventory Quantity Adjustment from the All Transactions drop-down list. 
4. Set the other filters. 
5. Click Search.

The screenshot below shows you the steps. 

In case you want to make changes to an existing inventory quantity adjustment, select the transaction to edit it. 

Also, I'd suggest running reports to view your sales, cost of goods, and inventory status in QBO.
