That being said, let me share some information to help you complete the Online Payments setup.
First, let's make sure to configure that your QuickBooks account is set up to track Non-Profit transactions. Here's how:
Once completed, you can proceed with completing the Online Payments setup. You can enter the organization's legal representative or comptroller. As for the address, you can enter the address used when registering the non-profit organization. You can refer to this article for more insights: Configure an account for a nonprofit organization.

Thank you for your time! The above was already done... I tried it all again and it still failed... on yet another chat now...
For reference, the issue was not solved after 10+ chats and multiple phone calls. After spending close to 3 hours attempting to find an answer, that no one at QB had, I cancelledy account and requested a refund. Not happy at all and not recommend QB to any of my fellow 501c3 organizations I know well.
