What happened to receipt snap?

If you don't see the Receipt snap in the Menu ≡, then let's do some troubleshooting to bring it back. 

 

We can begin by clearing the app's cache. This will help fix any sorts of errors in the system. Here's how you can do this:

  1. Click the Help menu at the top of the screen.
  2. Select the Reset App Data option on the drop-down selection.

Once finished, log in to your QBO mobile app and go to the Receipt snap. If the issue persists, then I’d recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app to refresh the system.
