I just want you to know that we purchased Online Simple Start on April 4th and was able to speak to a human being. Since that time, I have emailed this human being and asked if she can call me back, preferably while I am home and in front of my computer. I have yet to hear back from her.
I realize some of the younger generation loathes speaking "live" to human beings, but I am from a generation that communicates best one-on-one. Had we known we would not have a human being to assist us, we probably would not have purchased.
But, now that we are citizens of Rome, we will try our best to do things the Roman way. I will reach out to Customer Service and will express to them my need and wait for THEM to call ME (the Customer) back at THEIR convenience, not mine. This, indeed, is a crazy world we live in.
Thank you for allowing me to express myself. And if you have a number to call (rather than Sales), please let me know what that number is.
