When categorizing business trips, how can I remove some of the suggested "most frequent purposes" that take up valuable screen space on the mobile app. I will NEVER assign some of them again.

That suggestion is designed to remind users to choose the most frequent category based on your historical choices. At the moment, we're unable to change, but I'll bring up your suggestion to our product engineers. That way, they can consider adding an option to remove it, or at least change the suggestion.

On the other hand, you can also set your favorite locations for an easier way to categorize your mileage entries.

For the time being, I'm going back through my 2019 trips (literally thousands of them) and recategorizing them as needed.  Eventually, the "most frequent purposes" that I no longer want to see as suggestions will be entirely GONE.  Somewhat tedious, but it sounds like it should prove effective.
