Hello there, @dave13.

I'm here to help add your website URL when customizing your invoice in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

There are two ways to add your website URL to your invoice. You can either add the URL in the website field or add it as a footer text. Let me show you how.

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Custom Form Styles.
  3. Select a template and click Edit.
  4. Click the header part of the invoice.
  5. Add the website URL under Website.
  6. Click Done.

or

  1. Click the footer area of the invoice in the Edit invoices that turn heads and open wallets page.
  2. Add the URL under Add footer text.

That would allow you to add a website URL on your invoices. Keep posted if you have any other concerns by adding a comment below, we're always here to help. Have a good one!
